This class focuses on teaching basic to advanced techniques, enhancing physical fitness, and building self-defense skills. Perfect for all levels, our Muay Thai class offers a challenging workout that improves strength, endurance, and agility.
Our Muay Thai Group Class is open to all fitness levels, ages 16 and above. No prior martial arts experience is necessary.
