Coach - Muay Thai, Fitness
Personal Trainer
Ex Pro Fighter (Muay Thai, MMA)
Emily is our female Muay Thai fighter who packs a mean left hook. She has always been active in sport since young and started learning Muay Thai from Alvin since late 2008.
Emily started out headfirst into pro fights in 2010. She then took a short hiatus due to work commitments and when the opportunity came for a rematch in 2015 for the Singapore Woman 54kg in the Muay Arts Fight Championships Vol 1, she trained hard and won by decision.
Emily’s approach to fitness is to train for your own self. Unlike other martial arts, there are no belts to gun for in Muay Thai. She firmly believes that training builds character. She can be found at her second home at ASFitness gym after work and the weekends, honing her skills and pushing her physical boundaries for the next fight.
When she is freed from her work in the shipping Port and training for her fights, Emily helps to teach Muay Thai and fitness classes.
Don’t underestimate her mental and physical prowess ingrained from years of intense fight training and 4 professional fights. She enjoys incorporating strength and conditioning into Muay Thai training and will push you to your limits.
